Report a potential vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue in Ruption AI File Shredder or this website, email support@ruption.ai with the subject “Security report”.

Include the affected product and version, the behavior you observed, and the minimum steps needed to reproduce it using test data. Please do not include passwords, sensitive documents, or other people’s personal information. If sensitive details are necessary, first ask us how to share them.

Limit testing to systems and data you are authorized to use. Please avoid disrupting services or accessing other people’s information. This contact route does not grant permission to test third-party services.

Understand product availability

File Shredder is available through the Mac App Store. Products marked Planned or Exploring describe development intentions, not protections currently provided to customers.

Understand deletion limits

A file operation cannot establish that every copy in SSD storage, snapshots, backups, or cloud services has been removed. Review the file-shredding limitations before relying on an outcome.
